Craft vendor applications are intended for vendors selling handmade or artisan goods who do not have a storefront in the Village of Owego. Vendors must have a valid New York State Sales Tax Certificate of Authority. This can be obtained by visiting tax.ny.gov.
Food vendor applications are intended for vendors selling prepared food or beverages during the event. Non-profit vendor applications are intended for organizations participating in the event in an official non-profit capacity. Organizations must provide proof that they are recognized as a non-profit by New York State.
