Gloria is the caretaker of our Historic Owego Marketplace planters and a relentless weed-puller throughout downtown. From North Avenue and Main Street to Lake Street and Front Street, she keeps an eye out for weeds, wilting flowers, and her hard work helps keep our downtown looking welcoming and cared for.
